I am a consultant and executive coach specialized in leadership, implementing change and improving management team performance.
I have a Masters Degree in Business from Aalto University in Helsinki. I have also studied in Roosevelt University, Chicago majoring in communications and marketing. I also have Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
Currently I am running my own business, Dash Company. Previously I worked 16 years in Trainers’ House as a consultant, a leader of a business unit and a member of the management team.
Before my career as a consultant I worked in WSOY, where I was head of marketing of business books.
I have lots of experience in leadership training and coaching in large Nordic and global organizations but I also enjoy working with the smaller agile companies.
